Brazos Wine Imports is owned and operated by Brian Ravitsky and Jon Chaplin. Throughout their careers they have worked in almost every facet of the wine business (F&B, Retail, Production, Distribution and Supply). Brian and Jon have both completed multiple wine-study certifications, but more importantly, they are painstakingly passionate about food and wine.
Their first container of wine landed in the USA in 2009. Brazos Wine Imports represents twelve different producers located in some of the best sub-regions of Argentina and Chile. The focus is on artisan, single vineyard, small production, estate grown, environmentally friendly wines. All the wines share an old world, terroir-centric style, which can be a rare quality to find in South America.
