Cantina Bolzano Pinot Grigio comes from warm alluvial and gravelly soils around Bolzano and the Renon, where the combination of mountain conditions and elevation gives the wine plenty of freshness and mineral character. The vineyards are farmed using organic practices.

This is a fuller style of Pinot Grigio, with bright acidity and a distinct mineral edge. Aromas of pear and apple are joined by white flowers, citrus peel, and subtle notes of honey and nut. The palate is mellow, rich, and full flavored, with plenty of freshness to keep the wine balanced.

A versatile food wine, it works especially well with seafood, grilled fish, salads, and lighter pasta dishes.
