Vineyard Notes: Merwah grapes come from a vineyard in Dimane, Qannboubine Valley at 1,600 meters above sea level. The Merwah vines are over 150 years old. The Muscat comes from a vineyard in Deir El Ahmar, Bekaa Valley planted at 1,200 meters. The Muscat vines were planted ~2017.
Winemaking Notes: The Merwah fermented on skins for 10 days before it was pressed off into an amphora over whole Muscat berries. The wine then fermented again for 10 days carbonically before it was left to go through malolactic fermentation. The Jaffa Crush aged in amphora before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with just 9ppm of added sulfites
