Winemaking Notes: The Trebbiano grapes are destemmed and transferred to stainless steel. The must macerates with the skins for 30 days. The skins are then separated from the juice, softly pressed, and transferred back to tank. The wine rests in stainless steel for 4 months before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes: Delicately balanced—neither overly extracted nor heavily macerated—with a light, graceful profile and vibrant aromas of peaches, apricots, and wildflowers. This is an easy drinking orange wine.
