Angela Fronti and the producers of Bordiga vermouth have joined forces to produce this Sangiovese-based vermouth. The base of this is made from the Istine Rosé. The rose hues come from the grapes skins themselves, rather than any additives or coloring.
Botanicals: Angelica, orange, wormwood, Roman wormwood, cardamom, coriander, cassia, dittany, fennel, gentian, lavender, kina, mint, quassio, rose, sage, rosemary, elderberry, lime, thyme, and violet.
Tasting Notes: Istine Vermouth di Radda is a complex sipping vermouth, with floral and herbaceous notes. Drink straight with a chill, or serve with sparkling water and a twist of lemon. It can also be used as a base for creating classic cocktails, from the Americano to the Manhattan.
