The Holmes Cay Réunion Island Rum Traditionnel - Single Origin Edition is a molasses rum from the Distillerie de Savanna of Réunion Island, a French “department” or state. The edition was distilled on a stainless steel column still from molasses, aged tropically for three years in excognac casks, and was bottled in New York State at 46% ABV. This style of rum, once a key ingredient in golden era tiki cocktails, has been largely unavailable to U.S. bartenders and enthusiasts—until now.

Tasting Notes: Cola on the nose leads to a lush palate of rich vanilla, bright citrus, warming cinnamon, and nutmeg, finishing light and dry.
