The Holmes Cay Réunion Island Agricole Rum is a traditional unaged rhum agricole from the Distillerie de Savanna of Réunion Island. It was distilled on their Savalle copper column still from fresh cane juice and bottled in New York State at 50% ABV.

Tasting Notes: Green pepper and olive on the nose, fresh grass and brine on the tongue. A note of fresh sweet cane emerges on the finish. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.
