Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from an organic vineyard in Batroun that sits at 800 meters above sea level, composed of limestone and red soil. The vineyard faces the Mediterranean sea and sees warm summers and cool, wet winters.
Winemaking Notes: Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and then direct pressed into a vertical hydraulic press. They are fermented with the native indigenous yeasts in neutral oak barrels and then aged in stainless steel tanks. The wine is not fined or filtered before bottling.
