Terroir Notes: Grapes for Heya Kanz come from Kfifen, in the mountains of Batroun, Lebanon. The are enjoys hot summers and cool winters. The town is only about 20 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are harvest by hand and then undergo whole cluster carbonic maceration. Natural malolactic fermentation occurs. The wine ages in amphora before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added SO2.

Pairings: Pair with smoked meat, grilled vegetables rich in herbs, light cheeses, black olives, and cold cuts.
