Fabien Duveau is one of the leading young voices in Saumur-Champigny, farming 20 hectares of Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc around the villages of Chacé, Varrains, and Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg. An eighth-generation vigneron, Fabien took over the family estate in 2008 and converted the vineyards to organic farming, placing an emphasis on biodiversity, healthy soils, and expressing the individuality of each vineyard site.

His vineyards sit on the region's signature tuffeau limestone, layered with clay and sand, producing wines that combine vibrant fruit, mineral freshness, and refined structure. In the cellar, Fabien works with native yeasts, minimal sulfur, and restrained oak, allowing each parcel to speak for itself. The result is a lineup of precise, terroir-driven Cabernet Francs and Chenin Blancs that capture the energy and character of one of the Loire Valley's most distinctive appellations.
