Fabien Duveau 2025 'La Hunaudiere' Saumur Blanc, St.-Cyr

Sourced entirely from the La Hunaudière vineyard in Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, this Chenin Blanc grows on a mix of flint, limestone, and stony soils. Fermented with native yeasts in mostly cement with a small portion in older barrels, the wine is then aged for six months on its lees in neutral oak. Bright and energetic, with fresh citrus and orchard fruit, savory texture, and a firm mineral backbone, this is a focused, character-driven expression of Saumur Chenin Blanc.
