Description: An elegant, sessionable expression of traditional Korean makgeolli. Soft aromas of steamed rice and wildflower honey lead into a lightly creamy palate balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean finish. Easy-drinking while retaining the depth and character of naturally fermented rice wine.

PRODUCTION: Produced from our flagship Takju 16 using California rice, traditional nuruk, and New York water. Following full fermentation, the Takju 16 is carefully diluted to 6% ABV and finished with a touch of honey to create a balanced, naturally sweet profile.

INGREDIENTS : California-grown rice, nuruk, honey, and water. No koji, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. GLUTEN FREE (< 20ppm)
