The Hyunmi Takju, made with 60% organic sweet brown rice and fermented over the course of 6 weeks, is also assertive to start then softens on notes of warm chestnut and earth. Naturally fermented unfiltered Korean rice wine made using traditional Korean brewing methodologies.
