Luca Bambara 2025 'Bambara da Casa' Orange, Terre Siciliane IGP

This organic Cattarato comes from 30-year-old vines in Alcamo, planted at 250 meters on sandy, limestone and marine deposit soils. The grapes are hand harvested and undergo a seven-day maceration and fermentation in cement tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in cement. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, with only a small addition of sulfur at bottling, 1g. The result is a fresh, textured expression of Cattarato that stays close to the fruit, soil, and character of the vineyard.
