Winemaking Notes: Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. They are pressed at dryness and then aged 16 months in 300 gallon Flextanks. The wine was bottled in February 2026.

Tasting Notes: Dense and dark fruit on the nose, loads of cassis & cherry complimented with notes of leather and herbs. A full body with firm structure, fresh acidity on the palate, and a long full, finish.

'These crunchy, old-school cabs are what put California on the map in the 60s and 70s. It's a shame that the style has moved away from that, but this wine is a bit of a time-capsule.' - Shaunt

'The wine version of finding your Dad's old Steely Dan record collection.' -Diego
