Vineyard Notes: The grapes come from the Howard Vineyard in Lovall Valley, tucked away in Napa's southwest corner. The valley is known for it's volcanic soils. The unique elevation, resting on the valley floor, allows Les Lunes to dry farm this unique site.

Winemaking Notes: The wine is carbonically macerated for 5 days before being destemmed and finishing the fermentation on skins. The Syrah is then aged in neutral French oak barrels and puncheons. It was bottled in June 2025 with 20 ppm added sulfur.

Tasting Notes: Taking inspiration from the Northern Rhone, this wine is defined by intense blue fruit, dark color, and tense tannins with great acid. Meat, black pepper and spice frame the palate nicely.

' The semi-semi carbo does a great job taming Syrah’s tannins and highlighting its beautiful fruit while keeping it from being too marked by carbonic.’ - Shaunt

‘Like bottled steak on a granite slab.’ - Diego
