Vineyard Notes: Vineyards in the Rattlesnake Hills benefit from constant daytime sunshine and cold dry evenings. This climate helps tone down a lot of the green herbaceous notes typically associated with Sauvignon Blanc. The Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Konnowac Vineyard which utilizes organic farming practices.
Winemaking Notes: As the name suggests, the One Egg Sauvignon Blanc fermented and aged in one 700-liter concrete egg tank for 24 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes: The nose expresses very subtle aromas of cut grass with tropic hints of guava and passionfruit. The palate is rich and textured with notes of zingy jalapeño and zesty citrus.
