Tasting Notes: This is a bright, electric mix of Pinot Grigio, Scheurebe, and Auxerrois. On the nose there is a blast of refreshment with lemon zest and flinty minerality. On the palate there are loads of citrus and salt. Preferably served poolside.
Winemaking Notes : No skin contact here, just direct press ferments, done separately for each grape, then aged in a combo of neutral French oak and stainless to keep it clean and light.
