Winemaking Notes: This sparkling wine is completely sourced from the Henye Vineyard. The grapes ferment in 500-liter Hungarian oak casks. After the second fermentation (with Champagne yeast), the wine ages on the lees for a total of 3 years before disgorgement. If necessary, a small dosage of an older Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos is added.

Tasting Notes: Inspired by Huët's revered Vouvray Pétillant, Tony Hwang introduced this fascinating sparkling wine in 2007. The berries sourced for this brut offering come exclusively from vines in the lower parcels of the Kiralyudvar's biodynamic Henye Vineyard. Crafted following the traditional method, this bubbly radiates soft daylight with continuous fine effervescence. Orange blossoms and apples materialize on the nose with an ensuing crispness on the palate. Precise without being overly austere, this wine demonstrates its firmness in a distinguished fashion.
