Vineyard Notes: This Pinot Noir Rosé is produced from a 6-acre vineyard in the Lo Ovalle subregion of the Casablanca Valley. The vineyard was planted in 2004 and enjoys a coastal microclimate, which benefits from fog and diurnal shifts in temperature. Both the vineyard and the winery are certified sustainable.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes macerate for two hours. Fermentation lasts for around 20 days. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for three months and is lightly filtered before bottling.
