Vineyard Notes: The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were sourced from two Casablanca Valley vineyards: Belén and El Principal. The vineyards were planted in 2004.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are harvested by hand and aged in stainless steel before spending 3 to 6 months in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes: The sandy, clay soils and cool, coastal climate contribute to a bright, fresh character in the wine. Citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, combined with a mineral undertone lead to a crisp, elegant, and balanced finish.
