Vineyard Notes: From the west facing In der Lamm vineyard which sits at 500m elevation and is composed of glacial moraine volcanic porphyry and quartz. This is a rich and openly expressive Weissburgunder.
Winemaking Notes: Fermented with indigenous yeasts in old 500l barrels. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends an additional 9 months on its lees before moving to stainless for natural settling over 6+ months.
