Vineyard Notes: From the east facing Am Gfillberg vineyard which sits at over 600m and is composed of Dolomite rock and clay. This vineyard produces a more structured and tightly wound wine.
Winemaking Notes: Fermented with indigenous yeasts in old 500l barrels. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends an additional 9 months on its lees before moving to stainless for natural settling over 6+ months.
