Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from the 20-acre Zorzal estate vineyard. The Cabernet Franc vines were planted in 2016. The vineyard sits at 4,264 feet above sea level and is planted to alluvial soils, composed of chalk, sandy granite, and stones.
Winemaking Notes: Winemaking Notes: Grapes are manually harvested a little earlier than most in Mendoza to retain freshness and acidity. No stem inclusion. Following a 15-day fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in concrete. Only indigenous yeast are used.
