Location Notes: Grapes for Heya's 'Kanz' come from Kfifen, in the mountains of Batroun, Lebanon. The vineyards are located at around 400 meters above sea level and are planted to clay and limeston soils.
Winemaking Notes: Grapes are hand harvested and undergo whole cluster carbonic maceration. They are aged in amphora before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added sulfur.
