Location Notes: Grapes and apples both come from the Wadi Annoubine region in Lebanon, located at around 1500 meters above sea level. The area is marked by its high altitude, cool Mediterranean climate, and sandy soils.

Winemaking Notes: Heya's 'Farha' is a co-ferment of indigenous Lebanese Merwah grapes and local Red Delicious apples. The apples and grapes undergo carbonic maceration. The grapes are left on the skins. The mixture is fermented in stainless steel tanks with the native yeasts. The finished wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, and with minimal added sulfur.
