Vineyard Notes: The grapes are sourced from all over the valley with the main portion coming from Yountville.

Vintage Notes: 2021 was a fairly warm, dry year with manageable crop loads. There were a handful of days in the low 100s mid-June. Concentrated yields with harvest dates September 26th through October 20th.

Aging: 50% new French oak aging

Tasting Notes: Time Place Wine Co. Cabernet Sauvignon has a lovely and expressive nose full of cassis and vanilla, with background notes of rhubarb and mint. Velvety smooth flavors of ripe plum, blackberry and baker’s chocolate. Finishes long with notes of cassis and hints of tobacco.
