Sagardoa, the Basque word for cider, is crafted by La Lata in collaboration with Izeta Sagardotegia in Guipuzcoa. Made from organic apples of local indigenous varieties grown near the sea, this cider is naturally fermented with native yeasts, without filtering or fining.

The cider is 100% organically produced and protected under the local Basque designation, "Denomination of Origin Euskal Sagardoa."
