Sourced from 25-year-old Chenin Blanc vines rooted in Vouvray's flinty clay and limestone soils, this wine is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and purity. Gentle pressing, cool fermentation, and extended aging on the fine lees add texture without masking the vibrant fruit. Bright aromas of citrus, white flowers, and crisp orchard fruit lead to a focused palate with lively acidity, subtle minerality, and a clean, refreshing finish.
