75% Tempranillo from the Obarenes zone, and 25% Garnacha from Cárdenas.

Fermented in a variety of vessels, large wood, concrete and steel tanks. Approximately 25% stem inclusion which adds freshness and character. Macerations typically last for 30 days and the wine is then aged in a mix of used barrels ranging in size for about 18 months.

    This has a nose of plums and dried cherries with a herbal touch. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, fluid with precise, round tannins. This is a blend of tempranillo of Sajazarra with garnacha from Cárdenas and a touch of white grapes.
