A blend of Viura, Garnacha Blanca and Calagraño from old vines in the Obarenes Mountains. These are high elevation, small plots which are all harvested by hand.
The grapes are slow pressed with their stems and fermented in stainless steel tanks before moving to used French oak demi muids where they are aged for approximately 10 months.
