Grapes for the 'Aida' skin contact Pinot Gris come from Clarbec Vineyards. The grapes are hand picked, destemmed, crushed, and then spend one week fermenting on the skins with partial whole cluter. It was then pressed into a stainless steel tank where it aged for 9 months.
