Winemaking Notes: All grapes come from a sustainably farmed vineyard in Clarksburg. The fruit was direct pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts before the wine went through full malolactic fermentation. BIG CRISPY White is fermented and aged in stainless steel tankys and ages for 7 months on teh lees before being gently filtered.
