Vineyard & Winemaking
100% Verdicchio from the Vigna Le Prata, a 2.4 hectare organic vineyard with a northern exposure. This zero dosage sparkling wine is aged on the lees for 20 months before disgorgement.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in color with a fine persistent mousse, the wine reflects the dramatic day and night temperature swings of the vineyard site and the purity of Verdicchio itself.

The nose is classic Verdicchio with aromas of sugared almond, anise, nutmeg, and light brioche. The palate is fresh, vibrant, and transparent with bright acidity and flavors of unripe pineapple, bitter almond, and a subtle saline edge. The secondary fermentation adds texture and dimension while preserving the clarity and energy of a great still white wine.

Excellent as an aperitif and especially versatile with vegetarian dishes, seafood, and lighter fare throughout a meal.
