Winemaking
Hand harvested. Free-run juice, pressing, slow fermentation at low temperature, maturation in steel (4 months on the lees), bottle aging.

Tasting Notes
Bright and energetic expression of the estate’s terroir, driven by citrus, freshness, and precision. Pale straw yellow in color, the wine opens with refined aromas of lemon peel, anise flower, cardamom, and golden apple. The palate is light on its feet yet intensely vibrant, with crisp acidity and a long, tangy finish marked by notes of peach, citrus, and spice.

Reminiscent of great German Rieslings in both tension and longevity, the wine is expected to age beautifully, developing mineral and honeyed complexity over time while maintaining its signature freshness and drive. Outstanding with seafood and especially compelling alongside raw preparations, this is a Verdicchio built for both immediate enjoyment and long term cellaring through 2035 and beyond.
