Tasting Notes: Youthful, easygoing, and approachable. A burst of Fuji apple, bubblegum, and starfruit dance along to a smooth, rich finish carried by herbal mintiness. Beautiful pale salmon color, high acid and focused. While the fruit conveys a light, fresh style the body has a slight strawberry and cream component that broadens its complexity.
