Winemaking Notes: 3.25 tons per acre. 100% whole berry fermentation with native yeast. 35 days on skins. 24 months barrel aged on lees in 25% new French oak barriques. Bottled from gross lees, unfined and unfiltered. Vegan friendly.

Farming Notes: All vineyards are sustainably farmed, following biodynamic and organic principles. Zero pesticides, zero herbicides and zero adjuncts are used. Harvest is manual.

    Bottled under screw cap, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was designed to be easy drinking, and it bursts from the glass with aromas of chocolate-covered cherries, charcuterie, wild thyme and aniseed. The full-bodied palate is bright and fresh with pure fruit, supple tannins and a flavorful finish. Drink it over the next five years.
