Winemaking Notes: Predominantly Cinsault, the grapes are manually harvested and sorted in the vineyard. Maceration is short, and the Syrah is direct pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously. Wine ages for 6 months in stainless steel. This wine is neither fined nor filtered.

Tasting Notes: Laguzelle is a fresh, easy drinking red wine that can be served chilled! It is lower in alcohol than the typical wines of Minervois in part because harvest is 1-2 weeks before other producers. Light aromatics show on the nose, reminiscent of a fresh breeze over a meadow in France. There are mineral notes along with dried herbs and luscious black fruit. The palate is fresh and plump.
