Tasting Notes: Woody's is a delicious alcohol free sparkling rosé. It's refreshingly off-dry with berry notes and a gentle mineral finish.

Production Notes: Made from organically farmed Mendocino grapes fermented with indigenous yeast, then gently dealcoholized via vacuum distillation. A field blend of unfermented red grapes are added to lift minerality and fruit notes. A little inverted sugar is added for a balanced palate. CO2 is added for some pleasant bubbles.
