Winemaking Notes: The grape must is obtained through soft pressing by means of a horizontal press, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeast. Aging occurs in steel vats at a controlled temperature. Refinement lasts for 18-24 months depending on the temperature and lighting of storage space.

Tasting Notes: Claris Pinot Grigio is a fine and delicate white wine that refreshes the palate with citrus and floral flavors and a hint of spice.
