Terroir Notes: The Lovo family has been cultivating their land in the village of Vò in the Euganean Hills since the 18th century. It is here that their family has been rooted in the winemaking traditions of the Veneto. The proximity to the Alps and the Adriatic allows both cool alpine breezes and warm sea air to weave together promoting perfect acidity and aromas in the grapes.

Winemaking Notes: The grapes are harvested by hand and softly pressed. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature with selected yeast. The Kali Sauvignon Blanc ages for 6-7 months.

Tasting Notes: Enjoy notes of green apple, sage, and citrus fruits. Kali Sauvignon Blanc also showcases tart and tangy grapefruit. The flavors mingle together with the pleasant acidity and balance. This dry white wine has a light body bursting with powerful aromas. It will pair well with Kali Sauvignon Blanc pairs with almost everything: chicken, pork, crab, cod, soft cheeses, and even vegetable dishes like asparagus quiche and white bean casserole.
