Terroir Notes: Sourced from 9 different villages: Gratallops, Porrera, Torroja, Les Vilelles, Bellmunt, El Molar, El Lloar, Poboleda and Morera del Monsant. The vineyards are on very steep & terraced slopes with an elevation ranging form 1,148 feet to 2,296 feet. The soils are multilayered slate 'licorell' with variable orientations and silty texture.
Winemaking Notes: 100% destemmed and soft crushing. Primary fermentation takes place in a combination of inox, cement and wooden oak vats with native yeasts. Aging takes place for 4-6 months in wooden vats and barrels.
