Vineyard Notes: Grapes come exclusively from El Porvenir's Finca El Retiro Vineyard located at 1,650 meters above sea level. This is the winery's oldest vineyard, planted in 1950. It is the only vineyard in which they use pergola training, ideal for Torrontés because it allows the achievement of a unique aromatic expression. Soil is deep and sandy with very few rocks.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are harvested by hand. During harvest, a double selection line is used to ensure that only the best grapes make it to the tanks to be fermented. Due to Salta's remote location, everything (bottling, labeling, etc.) is done at El Porvenir's winery located in downtown Cafayate.

Tasting Notes: In the glass, El Porvenir Amauta Torrontés is yellow with bright greenish tones. The wine is fruity and tropical on the nose, with whiffs of rose and orange blossom/citrus. This Torrontés has good structure and balanced acidity. Fresh, bright, and delicious.
