Winemaking Notes: Grapes are harvested by hand from biodynamically farmed vines. Skin maceration includes a 3-hour maceration of the Gelber Muskateller and Sämling 88 (Scheurebe) and an 18-hour maceration of the Riesling. Fruit is slowly pressed over an 8-hour period. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast in stainless steel. The Gindl Flora White ages for six months in stainless steel and is bottled without fining or filtration.

Tasting Notes: Gindl's Flora is a lovely, light, crisp and floral white wine. Notes of elderflower, green apple and citrus zest make this food-friendly wine a delicious accompaniment to cheese plates, seafood and spicier dishes.
