Red Monkey is a wild animal. Rice grains are inoculated with red yeast that turns the color into bright crimson color. This makgeolli has a natural sweetness coming from rice that gives overall balance and a fresh acidity. Despite only consisting of rice, nuruk and red yeast, it has unique flavors of strawberry, raspberry and dried rose petals.
