Grapes: Blend of various native Palestinian varieties, old bush vines, traditionally dry farmed. Grapes of Wrath is made from vineyards that were crushed by the Israeli military to pave a new settlement road. A vivid testament to Palestinian resilience – the vines grew back around the boulders and continue to thrive.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes were harvested by hand in September and 95% destemmed. Several native varieties are co-fermented, with daily manual punch downs and skin maceration lasting 9 months. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally. Wine aged in amphora made from Palestinian black clay, excavated in Gaza. Three rackings, no fining, no filtration.
