Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand 2020 Trousseau, Arbois-Pupillin AOC

Crinquand’s version of Trousseau from Pupillin is vinified in barrel in similar manner to his Ploussard, and is fine and elegant. It is less rustic than Crinquand’s Ploussard. The Trousseau plantings are isolated in vineyards the composition of which is a classic mix of clay and limestone dominated by small pebbles and stones.

All harvesting is done by hand. The vinification and elevage of the wines is profoundly traditional giving the wine the pronounced and unique expression of the terroir of the Jura.
