Terroir Notes: The 2023 Populis Sauvignon Blanc is blend of organically farmed vineyards throughout Northern California. The vine range from 60 to 80 years old with a bit of younger vines from Clements Hill in Lodi, whose volcanic soils bring a lot of great texture and fruit. Fresh, but giving, with lots of length and acidity.

Winemaking Notes: The grapes are direct pressed. Each vineyard ferments separately. Racked off gross lees and blended shortly after harvest.

Tasting Notes: This wine marries an opulent and tropical California style with a savory and herbal style one finds in Loire Valley Sauvignons. Loads of fruit and citrus on the nose and great texture and savory length on the palate. This is consistently a Cream staff favorite.
