    The 2023 Rosé Guilhem is a fine warm-weather drink. Pale in color, the 2023 is brisk, vibrant and delightful from the first taste. Hints of grapefruit, white flowers, slate and chalk all grace this tasty, focused rosé from Moulin de Gassac.
