The Gratalloups is a single-plot Syrah cuvée. The vines are located close to the sea. Harvesting is manual. Whole cluster spontaneous fermentation takes place in barrique with a 2-week maceration. The wines then age for 18 months in barrel. It is bottled without fining or filtering and with a light addition of sulfites.
